How to order EAGLE EYE products?

1. Told us which model you interested, also the order quantity.
2. We will offer you the best price to you and count the shipping cost, if all are ok for your, we will email the Proforma Invoice to you with payment details for the money transfer.
3. After you make the payment please send the T/T copy to us then we can prepare the goods as early as possible.
4. We will send the goods as soon as possible after we confirm the PAYMENT.
Note: We do not offer FREE SAMPLES but if you have shipping account with FedEx, UPS, DHL we can offer selected items for free samples. for samples we will never pay the shipping cost.

Could I refit the products after I purchased the EAGLE EYE products?

Please don't refit the products during the period of warranty, otherwise it will void the warranty.

How about the water-resistant capability of EAGLE EYE Flashlights?

All the models of EAGLE EYE are water-resistant. They could be used in rainwater, shallow brook and river. Some models which are noted with the depth of water-resistant can be used within the noted depth.

How long can I expect my flashlight's incandescent lamp (bulb) to last?

Your lamp should run for approximately 30 hours before it burns out. The lifespan will vary depending on how it is used (i.e., on continuously for long periods vs. repeated brief flashes).

Are the lithium CR123A batteries rechargeable?

CR123A Lithium batteries are not rechargeable or reusable in any way.

What should I do if the flashlight flickers or doesn't work?

There may be several reasons as below:
Reason A: The battery has been depleted
Solution: Replace batteries (Please confirm the correct installation of anode and cathode).
Reason B: There is dirt on the screw threads, interface of PCB and other contacts.
Solution: Clean the contact points by the cotton with alcohol, such as the screw threads and interface of PCB and other contacts.
Reason C: The head, tube or internal parts of the tail cap loose accidentally.
Solution: Add some Vaseline on the 0-ring and screw the head and tail (including inside parts of the tail) tightly.
If the above methods don't work, please contact the distributors or our service department and refer to the warranty policy.
