EAGLE EYE Guarantee / Warranty

EHO TECH CO., LTD. warrants our EAGLE EYE flashlights to be free from defect in workmanship and materials, including any LEDs housed within, for 18 months of the original owner. We will repair or replace of this product, at our discretion, if it is determined by us to be defective. Electronics and battery chargers are covered for a period of 12 months with proof of purchase. Normal wear and tear (including lamps burning out, batteries draining, and switches wearing out) is not covered, nor is damage resulting from abuse, neglect, battery leakage, or altering this product from its original state. We also offer a 10-year limited warranty (customer pay the shipping cost).

For repair or replacement contact Customer Service e-mail at support@ehotorch.com and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Then package the unit carefully and return (no CODs please) to us.

Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from a customer service representative.
